Monika Wadhwa is set to elevate Legacy Growth’s capabilities, particularly serving private clients and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) in the USA. Recently, in June Legacy Growth announced the opening of their office in North America. Her appointment marks a significant milestone in expanding the firm’s service offerings within the region, complementing the existing office in Toronto, Canada, led by Ankur Pahuja.
Monika brings over two decades of experience in international taxation, transactions, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). With a career spanning leadership roles across the Big 4 consulting firms – EY and KPMG, both in the United States and India, she brings a wealth of expertise to Legacy Growth. During her tenure at EY’s US-India International Tax Desk, she built and grew the service offering to HNIs, family offices, and multinational corporations, offering tailor-made solutions on cross-border tax matters and compliances. Monika’s arrival reinforces Legacy Growth’s vision to be a global multi-family office, extending its outreach to the Indian diaspora in key international jurisdictions. In addition to the North American presence, Legacy Growth maintains dedicated desks in the UK, UAE, and Singapore.
